Dr. Rex-Lear is a Texas-based Licensed Psychologist who provides comprehensive psychological services across the lifespan. Originally from England where she was born and raised, she brings both clinical expertise and a distinctive warmth to her work. She specializes in trauma-informed care and conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences, personality functioning, and other complex mental health conditions. In addition, she provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual’s needs. With experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout the DFW Metroplex, Dr. Rex-Lear values collaborative, multidisciplinary care and is proud to deliver integrated services as part of the Mid Cities Psychiatry team. Dr. Rex-Lear takes a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the important connection between mind, body, and environment. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families grow, heal, and thrive through thoughtful, individualized care. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four rescue dogs and cats, as well as being in nature interests that keep her grounded and energized.
