In doing so, it helps people improve their physical health and everyday functioning and regain control of their lives. This is an approach that integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal conceptual modes and techniques. The objective is to reinforce the individual's healthy and adaptive patterns of thought behaviors in order to reduce the intrapsychic conflicts that produce symptoms of mental disorders.

This is a collaborative process between therapist and individual that aims to facilitate change and improve quality of life. It helps the individual confront barriers that interfere with emotional and mental well-being, and it can also incresase positive feelings such as compassion, self-esteem, love, courage, and peace.

This works with families and couples in intimate realtionships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members. It emphasizes family relationships as an important factor in psychological health.

TMS Therapy is an alternative treatment for patients suffering from depression for whom medication has proven ineffective. For people who have experienced chronic depression and have not reached remission with antidepressants or mood-regulating medications may have treatment-resistant depression. For the patient(s) with TRD, we now offer two treatments; Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and/or SPRAVATO™ (Esketamine). We are happy to schedule a free educational overview with the treatment coordinator for patients with Medicare or most of the private insurances or self-pay patients. Most of the insurance plans require a patient to have failed at least two or more antidepressants. A self-pay patient may be considered for TMS or SPRAVATO™ (Esketamine) with only one failed antidepressant/medication per FDA regulations. Personality Assessment Inventory is an objective inventory of adult personality to assess psychopathological syndromes and provide information relevant for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and screening for psychopathology. PAI provides useful insight into 3 broad classes; neurotic, psychotic and impulse control disorders. It can help to evaluate the patient’s environmental circumstances, motivation for treatment, the potential of self-harm or harm to others. It also provides interpersonal scales relating to relationships and interactions that assess for antisocial borderline traits while indicating any potential crisis situation.
SPRAVATO™ (Esketamine) CIII Nasal Spray is indicated, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant (AD), for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults. SPRAVATO™ is not approved as an anesthetic agent. The safety and effectiveness of SPRAVATO as an anesthetic agent have not been established. Patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) who have tried two or more antidepressant treatments didn't get the desired results/improvements may have treatment-resistant depression and may be considered for the medicine. The medicine is a major breakthrough in treating the depression to some extent because it’s exceptionally swift acting and may work within hours as compared to other antidepressants on the market.
Continuous Performance Test (CPT 3™) is a task-oriented computerized assessment of attention-related problems in individuals. By indexing the respondent’s performance in areas of inattentiveness, impulsivity sustained attention, and vigilance, the test can be useful in diagnosing Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Continuous Auditory Test of Attention (CATA™) which assesses auditory processing and attention-related problems in individuals.
